  • Accommodation is at Protea Hotel Break Water Lodge OR The Commodore Hotel - please ONLY check the days at ONE of the two hotels. (Hotel & room descriptions are available from Protea Hotel Break Water Lodge and The Commodore Hotel
  • Accommodation will be allocated on a "first come first served" basis.
  • Accommodation rates are fixed and include breakfast, VAT & Tourism Levy.
  • At check-in, delegates will be required to provide a credit card imprint, or cash deposit, to secure the cost of extras.
  • Any accommodation not paid in full by 21 September 2015 will be cancelled.

All Delegates will receive an invoice from Ensalada Investments 130cc T/A Tusk Event Management upon the submission of registration. Payment details will reflect on the invoice. Accomodation and transfer requirements for all Non-Sponsored Delegates can only be confirmed upon full payment in advance.

All cancellations / amendments must be submitted in writing on or before 21 September 2015.

Cancellations received after 21 September 2015 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full value of the registration.

Cancellations received on or after 24 September will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the full value of the registration.
